Our Commitment
Indiana Reentry Corporation is committed to ensuring that indianareentry.org is accessible to everyone — including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, and magnification tools.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Partially conformant — WCAG 2.1 Level AA
This website partially conforms with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some content does not yet fully conform — see Known Limitations below.

Assistive Technology Support
This website is designed to work with the following assistive technologies:
Known Limitations
We are transparent about areas where we are still improving:
Resource Navigator filter results
Live region announcements for filter result counts may not announce consistently in all screen reader / browser combinations. We are actively working on this.
PDF documents
Some linked PDF resources from third-party organizations may not be fully accessible. Where possible, we link to the originating organization's accessible web page instead.
Third-party embedded content
External links to partner websites and platforms are outside our direct control. We encourage partners to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
Feedback & Contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you experience any barriers, please let us know and we will work to address them promptly. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Disability Rights Section at ada.gov or the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Office for Civil Rights at hhs.gov/ocr.
