Indiana Reentry Corporation ("IRC," "we," "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are committed to protecting the privacy of every person who interacts with this website — especially the justice-impacted individuals we serve. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
This policy applies to indianareentry.org and all subpages.
2. What We Collect
We collect information only when you voluntarily provide it through our website forms:
Contact Form — Name, email address, subject, and message.
Co-Builder Application — Organization name, type, service domains, county coverage, contact name, email, role, participant volume, data contribution capacity, membership tier interest, and how you heard about IRC.
Grant Inquiry Form — Organization name, type, contact name, email, grant type of interest, funding range, and message.
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, conviction records, or financial account details through this website. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that profile individual behavior.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information you submit is used solely to:
• Respond to your inquiry or application
• Process and evaluate Co-Builder membership applications
• Follow up on grant and partnership inquiries
• Send you information you have specifically requested
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information for automated decision-making.
4. Data Storage & Security
Form submissions are stored in a secure database provided by Supabase (supabase.com), a SOC 2 Type II certified platform. Email notifications are sent via Resend (resend.com), a transactional email provider.
Data is stored on servers located in the United States. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you have concerns about submitting sensitive information, please contact us directly by phone at 317.412.6750.
5. Participant Privacy (Special Notice)
IRC serves justice-impacted individuals. We take participant privacy especially seriously.
This public website does not collect, store, or display any personally identifiable information about program participants. Participant data within the Reentry OS™ platform is governed by a separate data sharing agreement (MOU) and is subject to strict access controls.
Participant records within our platform are:
• Identified only by inPOWER™ code, not by name on shared dashboards
• Accessible only to authorized coalition partners within their service domain
• Never sold or shared with advertisers, insurers, or employers without explicit consent
• Subject to the participant's right to review and respond
6. Data Retention
We retain form submission data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years.
Co-Builder applications are retained for the duration of the membership relationship plus 3 years.
Grant inquiry submissions are retained for up to 3 years.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us (see below).
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent for communications at any time

This website contains links to external organizations and resources. IRC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
9. Children's Privacy
This website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
