Indiana Reentry Corporation is committed to transparent governance. This page documents our technology partnerships, data practices, and licensing agreements.

REQUIRED PLATFORM ATTRIBUTION

Reentry OS™ is proprietary technology owned by Legacy Impact Holdings, LLC and operated by Pathway & Purpose Technologies, LLC. Indiana Reentry Corporation accesses and deploys Reentry OS™ under a license agreement with Legacy Impact Holdings, LLC. Coalition Members access Reentry OS™ through Indiana Reentry Corporation's licensed rights, subject to the terms of their coalition membership agreement with Indiana Reentry Corporation.

For Participants

Your data belongs to you. IRC collects information through our intake process to connect you with support services. Your information is shared only with Co-Builder organizations in our network who can provide the specific help you need — and only with your consent.

The technology platform powering IRC's participant matching and workforce readiness tools is called Reentry OS™. It is owned by Legacy Impact Holdings, LLC and licensed to IRC for charitable use. Your participant record is protected under IRC's data governance policies regardless of who owns the technology.

Your rights: You can request access to your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time by contacting tammy@indianareentry.org.

For Grant Funders

IRC's technology infrastructure is provided through a Board-governed, arm's-length license agreement with Legacy Impact Holdings, LLC (LIH). This structure is documented, IRS-compliant, and available for review as part of IRC's governance package.

  • IRC's 501(c)(3) status: EIN 99-2362533
  • Platform license: Fair market value, Board-approved
  • Perpetual Mission License: Royalty-free for IRC's direct charitable work
  • Cost documentation: All platform costs are documented as legitimate technology services expenses
  • Governance transparency: Full governance documents available at /grant-funders

Section 8 compliance documentation is maintained by IRC's Board of Directors and available upon request for funder audits and due diligence reviews.

Data you contribute remains attributed to your organization in all reports, dashboards, and exports. IRC does not sell, trade, or share Coalition Member data with any third party.
